Welcome Prof. Yulong Shen, Xidian University, China to be the Technical Program Committee Chair!

Shen Yulong, male, PhD. He is a leading professor of Huashan Scholars of Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology (XUEST), PhD/Master's supervisor, deputy director of Key Laboratory of Network and System Security of Shaanxi Province, key member of Ministry of Education's Innovation Team, and a permanent researcher of the Information Security Centre of the State Key Laboratory of Integrated Business Network.

        He has long been engaged in research on next-generation network security, cloud computing and data security. In recent years, he has presided over and undertaken more than 20 national key research and development programmes, key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, 863, 973, etc. He has won two second prizes for national technological inventions and five first prizes at provincial and ministerial levels.

        The "Qin Dun" cloud encryption database system was awarded the Gold Prize (16/1800+) and the Best Business Investment Value Award (2/1800+) in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition of the China Association for Science and Technology, and was awarded the Top 10 Entrepreneurial Role Models of China in 2018 CCTV (the first time for colleges and universities). He has published more than 100 SCI/EI papers, more than 2,000 citations in Google scholar, 7 monographs, more than 70 authorised invention patents, 5 PCT patents, 13 transferred patents, more than 40 registered softwritings, and 5 standards for China's communication/electronics industry.
