ISCTIS 2026

From May 15 to 17, 2026, the 2026 6^th International Symposium on Computer Technology and Information Science (ISCTIS 2026) successfully concluded at Xi’an Eurasia University! The conference featured keynote speeches, oral presentations, poster sessions, networking breaks, and award ceremonies, attracting nearly 200 participants from across China to discuss cutting-edge technologies and future trends in the field. The conference was sponsored  by Xi’an Eurasia University and organized by its School of Information Engineering, with support from Northwest University, Xi’an University of Electronic Science and Technology, Xi’an University of Technology, Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications, Northwest Normal University, and University College Birmingham. The opening ceremony was presided over by He Zhao of Xi’an Eurasia University, and Executive Vice President Lefang Zhang of Xi’an Eurasia University delivered a welcome address on behalf of the sponsor. She briefed the attendees on the university’s research capabilities and the latest developments in teaching, and expressed her hope that this conference would serve as a significant driving force for promoting international academic innovation and the coordinated development of industry, academia, and research. Vice President Junjing Zhao of Xi’an Eurasia University presented commemorative certificates to the keynote speakers.

We are honored to have as keynote speakers Prof. Gang Gary Feng of City University of Hong Kong, an IEEE Fellow and Chair Professor; Prof. Chenguang Charlie Yang of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, an IEEE/IET/IMechE/AAIA Fellow; and Prof. Pingyi Fan of Tsinghua University, a Fellow of the National Academy of Artificial Intelligence, recipient of the AI Exploration Award, and an IET Fellow; Prof. Ying Tan of Peking University, inventor of the Fireworks Algorithm; Prof. Leida Li of Xi’an University of Electronic Science and Technology, a National-Level Young Talent; Prof. Qiguang Miao of Xi’an University of Electronic Science and Technology, Deputy Director of the Joint Laboratory of High-Performance Computing; and Prof. Minghua  Zhao of Xi’an University of Technology, Director of the Information Management Office. These seven experts delivered keynote presentations, offering attendees a high-level academic feast. The following is a summary of the presentations:

During the parallel academic forum sessions, participants from the University of Queensland, Beihang University, Southwest Jiaotong University, the Institute of Space Electronic Information Technology, the Ji Hua Laboratory, Chang’an University, Saint Louis University, Xi’an University of Science and Technology, Henan University of Science and Technology, Zhejiang Ocean University, Dalian University, Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics, Chongqing Technology and Business University, Guangxi Normal University, Guangxi Minzu University, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications, the School of Basic Medicine at Hubei University of Chinese Medicine, the Yangtze River Waterway Traffic Monitoring and Emergency Response Center, Xiamen Institute of Technology, Xi’an Eurasia University, Chengdu Jincheng College, and the Institute of Information Technology in Sri Lanka, delivered oral presentations on hot topics in computer technology and information science. The event featured lively intellectual exchanges and a vibrant atmosphere, with lively online interaction and a vibrant academic exchange. These achievements not only reflect the scholars’ in-depth exploration and innovative practices in the field but also inject new vitality and momentum into its development.

To encourage innovation, the conference established Best Paper Award, Best Oral Presentation Award and Best Poster Award, recognizing outstanding individuals and teams. These promising achievements showed us a bright future for the field. The award ceremony was held in a warm atmosphere, effectively fostering a virtuous cycle of talent cultivation and academic progress. ISCTIS 2026 has established a high-level platform for exchange among scholars and professionals in the fields of computer technology and information science, fostering the deep integration of cutting-edge theories and applied technologies. We look forward to continuing to work hand in hand with experts and scholars to jointly propel these fields to new heights.
