Prof. Zheng Yan, Xidian University

Dr. Zheng Yan is currently a Huashan distinguished professor at the Xidian University, China. She is a Fellow of IEEE, IET, AAIA, and AIIA. She received the B. Eng in electrical engineering and M. Eng in computer science and engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University in 1994 and 1997. She received a second M. Eng in information security from National University of Singapore in 2000. She earned the Licentiate of Science and the Doctor of Science in Technology in electrical engineering from Helsinki University of Technology in 2005 and 2007. She joined the Nokia Research Center, Helsinki in 2000, working as a senior researcher until 2011. She worked as a visiting professor and a Finnish Academy Fellow at the Aalto University, Finland for over seven years.
Her research interests are in cyber trust, security, privacy, and data analytics. She has led 30+ projects, sponsored by EU, Academy of Finland, NSFC, MOST, telecom industry, etc. At the helm of a research team with 60+ members, she has supervised 160+ post-doctoral researchers and graduates. She has authored 420+ publications, with 270+ first and corresponding authorships, featured prominently in top-tier venues. Fifteen of them are top 0.1% or 1% highly-cited ESI papers. She is the sole author of two books on trust management, utilized in teaching for a decade. 150+ patents (including 82 independent international inventions) invented by her have been adopted by industry, a few of them have been incorporated into international standards and widely used in practice with billions of users. She has delivered 30+ invited keynote speeches and talks at international conferences and world-leading companies. Her Google Scholar citation is over 18,000 with an H-index of 67,
Zheng served and is serving as an EiC/area/associate/guest editor for 60+ reputable journals, e.g., co-EiC of Information Sciences, associate editor of ACM Computing Surveys, area editor of Information Fusion. She is a steering committee member of several conferences, a general/program chair for 40+ international conferences. She is a founding steering committee co-chair of IEEE International Conference on Blockchain, which becomes a leading venue in the field. She is currently serving as a Member of IEEE Fellow Committee.
Dr. Yan is recognized as a Stanford World Top 2% Scientist since 2019, an Elsevier Highly Cited Chinese Researcher since 2020, and a ScholarGPT World Top 0.05% Highly Ranked Scholar - Prior Five Years (2024). She has earned many accolades, including Distinguished Inventor of Nokia for significant technology contributions, N²Women Star in Computer Networking and Communications, IEEE TCSC Award for Excellence in Scalable Computing, IEEE TEMS Distinguished Leadership Award, ELEC Impact Award for patent contributions to Finnish society, the Best Journal Paper Award issued by IEEE ComSoc and several other Best Paper awards, 18 times other IEEE Distinguished/Outstanding Leadership/Service awards, three EU awards, Excellent PhD Dissertation Supervisor Award of Chinese Society of Electronic Education, Shaanxi Nature Science Prize, etc. Her students have been rewarded more than 50 national or international awards. Her excellence has been covered by the media on numerous occasions.
Prof. Junzhao Du, Xidian University
Junzhao Du (Member, IEEE) received the BS, MS, and PhD degrees from the School of Computer Science, Xidian University, China, in 1997, 2000, and 2008, respectively. He is currently a professor and PhD advisor at Xidian University, China. His research interests include mobile computing, cloud computing, and IoT systems. He is the member of ACM, senior member of CCF, and the vice secretary of ACM Xi’an Chapter.
Prof. Bin Liu, Northwest A&F University
Bin Liu received the BS degree in computer science and technology from the Shaanxi University of Science and Technology, China, in 2004, the MSc degree in technology with a major in parallel computing and cloud computing from Yunnan University, China, in 2010, and the PhD degree in electronic and information engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University, China, in 2014. Since 2018, he has been an associate professor and doctoral supervisor with the College of Information Engineering, Northwest A&F University, China, where he has obtained a postdoctoral fellow with the College of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering. His research interests include deep learning and computer vision. He currently serves as a reviewer of the IEEE Transactions on Computers, Computers and Electronics in Agriculture, and Biosystems Engineering, among other journals.
Prof. Zhanjun Hao, Northwest Normal University

Zhanjun Hao received the B.E. degree in computer science and technology from Xidian University (XDU), China, in 2002, the M.E. degree in computer science and technology from Northwest Normal University, China, in 2011, and the Ph.D. degree in transportation Internet of Things from Lanzhou Jiaotong University, China, in 2020. He is currently a Professor with the College of Computer Science and Engineering, Northwest Normal University. He has presided and completed nearly 20 projects, including the National Natural Foundation of China and other projects. He has authored about 80 research papers. His research interests include artificial intelligence IoT (AIoT).
Prof. Peijin Wang, Xi’an Eurasia University
Dr. Peijin Wang received B.Sc. Engineering, M.Sc. Computer application, Ph.D. Computer application. He is currently a professor at Xi’an Eurasia University, China. As a visiting scholar he studied in University of Sunderland, UK for half year. His main research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Computer Control, Intelligent Control and Human_Like Intelligent Control.
Pro. Haiquan Zhao, Southwest Jiaotong University

Haiquan Zhao was born in Henan Province, China. He received the B.S. degree in applied mathematics in 1998, the M.S. degree and the Ph.D degree in signal and information processing all at Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, China, in 2005 and 2011, respectively. Since August 2012, he was a Professor with the School of Electrical Engineering, Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, China. From 2015 to 2016, as a visiting scholar, he worked at University of Florida, USA. His current research interests include adaptive filtering algorithm, adaptive network, nonlinear active noise control, information theoretical learning,adaptive Volterra filter, Kernel adaptive filter, and nonlinear system identification. At present, he is the author or coauthor of more than 140 international journal papers (SCI indexed), and the owner of 70 invention patents. Prof. Zhao has served as an active reviewer for several IEEE Transactions, IET series, Signal Processing, and other international journals. And he was a handling editor of Signal Processing ( Top Journal).
